Redburn was appointed by OCU Group to support Vodafone’s network expansion in Ripponden, West Yorkshire. The project involved the installation of 6.2km of new dual 110mm ducting and cabling, providing a vital upgrade to regional connectivity infrastructure.

Our scope included civils works, reinstatement, grab support, and traffic management. Extensive trenching was carried out along main and trunk roads, requiring detailed coordination with local authorities and stakeholders to minimise disruption to road users and residents.

Delivered ahead of the baseline schedule, the project reflected Redburn’s ability to combine precision planning with flexible on-site execution — ensuring continuity of service and a safe working environment throughout.
